Brooke and Allie are the best waitresses I've ever had, anywhere. Cute and funny and nice and everything I've ever wanted. I just wish there was somewhere to dance to the awesome music.

Guinness on tap Plenty of TV's which are all the same size. They need one big TV for a big game, which is why I stopped in here while working up here in the town. Game 3 NBA Finals with the Cavs playing Golden State. Nice crowd. It's amazing how everyone is on their phone (including me). We are somewhere else so I cannot comment on the food. It looked good.

Scotty's is in the remodeled Bucket's building. Decor and new floor plan is top notch. Food is good. Stopped for lunch and ordered their unlimited wings. They weren't busy, yet it took nearly 30 minutes to bring out the wings. We immediately requested they put in another order, and it was about 20 minutes before we saw them. The wing sauce on the second order was sparse compared to the first. However, the food was hot (temperature) and delicious. If you are not prepared to spend at least 90 minutes during lunch, then I would recommend you go somewhere else. Also it's important to note they do not take reservations. I believe this costs them business, as people will not wait to be seated. After all, there food isn't that good that I would wait more than 10 minutes for a table.

Being a Ball State grad I would love to give Scottys a better review however 3 stars is as good as we are going to get. Scottys likes to do things way over the top and have one of those menus with tons of food options that are just "ok" versus a condensed menu of perfected dishes. Although prices are a bit salty, they run a number of weekly specials and kids under 12 eat for free which is nice. With the menu so overwhelming i just give up and get a burger which is decent. Love their pickle chips. Ive gotten a couple of their wraps in the past which were just "meh" and a bit small for the price. Did the $2 taco night - they were dry and lacking flavor...of course you had to pay for all the condiments like salsa, sour cream, etc...kinda lame. Had to ask for extra tequilla for my $4 margarita which tasted like over sweetened kool-ade. Real jank. Service is decent enough. I love the open air concept with the garage doors that open up to the patio in the summer. Inside is a bit dark with 1000 tv screens blasting in your face...a bit over stimulating. Scottys is trying hard to be a more upscale bar like Indy's "Champs" and I'm glad to see them in Fort Wayne. More than likely not going to be my first choice based on food quality for price and ambiance.

I had, surprisingly, the best veggie burger in my life here. Beer & wine only - no liquor.

3rd or 4th time here. It was better previously. Service was slow. Had to get a manger to get service. They didn't know who's section we were in. 10 minute wait and glasses were dirty when pitcher arrived. Food was good but flies harassed us during lunch. I hope this isn't the start of a downhill slide. I'll do more of a review later. However a very nice experience

Visited Scotty's twice. The first time I had the Indiana breaded pork tenderloin. It is good, but not outstanding. I also had the loaded tater tots, which were delicious. Second time I had the stuffed Lucy burger. The menu states that you can ask for your burger anyway you want it, so I asked for medium rare. The server informed me that they had to fully cook it because it was a quarter pound burger. I expected a large burger, but it was in fact rather small and bland. I also asked for waffle fries and got a small amount of fries that were meh. The craft beer selection is the reason to come to this place, it is outstanding. However, their mixed drinks, in particular the cherry mash, was watered down and tasted more like cherry kool-aid. It is a nice concept, but just doesn't cut it for the price.

All around, great place for lunch or dinner. Menu has plenty of variety without being overwhelming, everything I've had has been really well done and service/atmosphere is always on point.

Been here a few times. Loved the concept. However, the execution of this venue is pretty disappointing. Our first time here we decided not to eat as one of the plates provides to is had a huge dried piece of gum stuck to it... When we pointed this out to the waitress she acted like it was no big deal no apology or anything. On another visit we enjoyed a pizza that was really good. However, every time we order that same pizza since then it is horrible. Not sure I what happened there. The pizza has the worst crust now and is never crispy but instead soggy! Ok the last issue we had every time we go is the horribly slow drink service as well as the lack of any carbonation in their tonic and or club soda. Think we've complained about this several times and they just don't get IT... Sad.

Service and quality of food have gone downhill since they opened. The last 2 visits the sides were cold. Our service this time was awful. 10 minutes to get drinks. It took so long that another server came by to see if we had even been waited on. Food came out correctly, just not that great looked like it had been sitting around for a while. Another sever actually refilled our drinks and brought our food. A quick dinner took almost an hour and 45 minutes. We are contemplating not coming back.

I can't speak for the experience that the low star scores below have had, but this place was on point during my visit. Beers=Great and local Food=Awesome and local options Service=Try to top it in FW, very good This place is very good. Try their burgers. They are very good. Kid friendly. And to top it off they have good service. This place is fairly new so I hope they keep up the momentum. Sometimes service can go lax. I hope this place keeps up the good work because the food was delicious. I'm a foodie and I really enjoyed it. In FW you won't find another place like this. Don't hesitate, give it a try.

Had a great meal, fantastic beer, and awesome service. Wasn't sure what to get, so the server suggested I try the PiggyMac...it was amazing. Also had a Busted Knuckle beer, which is from a great local Indiana brewery. I love that they had that on tap. I will be back as many times as I can get there. Awesome place.

The only restaurant that sells food in Fort Wayne. I liked it. So many times I've tried to eat elsewhere, but this one is still the one I like.

  • David A.

First off the food was fantastic, burger cooked perfectly. The steak in my salad was seasoned correctly and the $2 taco Tuesday was also quite good. The atmosphere was a touch noisy but this place was packed in Tuesday night. My only complaint was that I ordered red beans and rice and the server forgot to put my order in so I never got to try that. Most defiantly will return.

A diamond in the rough, don't compare this singled out location compared to any other Scotty's.

  • Jerome K.

This place is pretty good. Bigger inside than the outside appearance projects. The place was packed on Thursday night with people waiting to get in. Great craft beer, much better than the usual 3.2 swill sold by the six pack. I had the south western burger and it was excellent. Stop by and check it out. Lots of people lots of tv's and lots of noise.

  • Chris N.

The food is very good. The service is hit or miss. One night I went the appetizer came after my dates meal but before mine. The waitress was so busy at keep track of everyone and the computer she was ordering on seemed to be screwing up the order. The manager apologized and tried to help. If the service was on point, this would be an easy 4 star.

I love the food. It is great. The service however lacks. Both times I have been here the service is very slow.

Been a huge fan of Scotty's Brewhouse Muncie location, and not just because it's one of the only decent places to eat in that area. I had been waiting very excitedly for a Fort Wayne location to open up, however I was disappointed with the result. The beer was alright, though much like the other reviewers, it took a very long time for my drink to arrive. And it would seem while the burgers were good, the sides don't seem to be as generous, and the service in general not particularly attentive or timely. I enjoyed the layout, it makes the place feel very cozy and distinctive, however I really don't like how much they've raised the price on their burgers. I'd love to come here more often and get a good feel for it, but it's just not financially viable.

I have to say, I really liked this place. Went for lunch, so we didn't order any beers, but we soon will. We each had wraps and chips - wraps were good (buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken), but the chips were a little flavorless - I asked for some creamy Bleu Cheese for dipping, and that made a big difference. Other than that, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, ambiance was nice (like a classy sports bar), and I'll return to try the wings and beers. Lots of TVs for game watching, and a fun-looking bar area.

Been wanting to try this place for a while, but it always seems busy. We went on a Wednesday night thinking it would be less busy. We were quoted for a 20-minute wait, so we almost left, as not really worth the wait. We weren't starving, so we decided to stay. After waiting only 3 minutes (yeah...what the...why quote 20 minutes and risk losing customers), we were seated with 2 dinner menus, a huge beer menu, a specials menu, and a piece of paper. The server greeted us, and I asked her, "not to be rude...but what is all this crap on our table?" She was very accommodating, and explained everything on the table. The beer menu doesn't describe how the beer tastes or what it has in it. Our server offered free tastes of whatever we wanted to try, but it would've saved her time if the beers had descriptions. When we made it thru our beer ordeal...we opened the menu. Holy shiz...there's everything. It's VERY annoying. I thought TGIFriday's had a big menu, but this one is bigger. Overwhelmed and tired of looking at this huge menu, I just asked our server..."if I only ate here one time, what would you suggest?" She talked me into one of their feature burgers, which had 60% beef and 40% bacon (there are a lot of choices for meat). My date also had a burger. Both were really good. For sides I had the mac N cheese which was mediocre, but my date had broccoli, which for some reason was outstanding (yeah...broccoli). We did share an appetizer called Totchos, which is like loaded fries, but with...you guessed it...tater tots. It was excellent! If I could improve a few things, it would be 1. Don't put all that crap on my table. 2. Describe the beers on the menu 3. Reduce the menu at least in half. By the way, the draft beer selection was excellent. Our server absolutely rocked!! If it weren't for her knowledge, we would've been lost. Hopefully, they train all their servers the same. We will be back...but Scotty...do something about that menu brother!!

While I WANT to like this Scotty's location, I've only enjoyed one of my three visits here. My first visit was a late night Friday visit at the bar where I had a few pints and some pretzels. The bartender was great, as were the beer and pub grub. My last two visits have been on Sunday evenings with my family. My first meal was a grilled cheese sandwich and tater tots. There was definitely an uneven ratio of bread to cheese...maybe two thin slices of cheddar between two very large slices of bread. The cheese sauce for my tater tots tasted extremely artificial. Tonight I tried the buffalo chicken wrap with homemade chips. The wrap was fine but the chips were over-seasoned and were cooked a little too long. The service this last trip was less than stellar. My whole intent for dining at Scotty's was to get a pint of craft beer - namely Sun King Cream Ale - to toast in memory of my mother's birthday. I ordered a 25oz mug with my dinner. My food arrived first and I had to ask for my beer...when our waitress returned she informed me that they were out of Cream Ale. So, I ordered a pint of Alpha King, which was on the rotating tap. It finally came, but not until my family had already finished their meal. My husband also commented that his burger was sub-par and his fries arrived cold. He actually would have preferred Culver's....for the price, he expected better quality. So, it looks like this will be the last time I visit Scotty's Fort Wayne for some time. At least I can say I gave it a decent shot to succeed.

Best place to eat no matter what you like. Coffee and tea are superb! We enjoyed every moment of our experience.

The service here is TERRIBLE. To begin, the hostess was not friendly and took forever to decide where to seat us. Our waiter was never anywhere to be found and rarely checked on us (we were there at least 2 hours). Finally, after waiting 30 minutes for the dessert I ordered, the waiter forgot and brought the check instead.

  • Shannon M.

Let me start by saying the food is pretty good. My issue is the service. We have been 4 times and 3 times have had bad experiences. 1st time all was well until we ordered dessert. The first desert we ordered, the waiter came back and apologized. They did not have the ingredients to make this desert. But he did offer us any other desert we wanted for free. The 2nd desert we ordered, unfortunately they were out of Captain crunch cereal and we're unable to make the milkshake. Eventually, we just asked for their suggestion based on what they did have available. 2nd visit was messed up from the beginning. They took our pizza to the table next to us and their pizza came to us. My son's hamburger had to be reordered because it didn't come at all. 3rd visit was no problem. The waitress was very nice and service was great. We only ordered alcohol and an appetizer and sat in the bar. 4th and last visit for me, we were seated at a table near the garage style doors. We sat for 10-15 minutes and were never even acknowledged by wait staff. A table came after us and received all their drinks and were having their food order taken when I had finally had enough. Plenty of wait staff around, and not one person even said welcome to Scotty's, someone will be with you in a minute. It was not until we were at the hostess stand walking out did a waitress ask us if something was wrong. I said yes, we've been seated for over 10 minutes and no one has bothered to acknowledge us. This place is always busy so it must be doing something right, but when 75% of my visits have had some form of poor service, I'll choose to support another restaurant from now on.

  • Michelle O.

Scotty doesn't know... that we were seated and waited 23 minutes for someone to wait on us. Arrived at 4:45pm, asked someone for a waiter at 4:53, made awkward eye contact with multiple servers between 4:55-5:07, walked out at 5:08p. Thanks, Scotty's! We had a wonderful sitting experience!

Ok so I've been to all of the indy location scottys and the one in fort wayne is the worst by far not because of the food (its still scottys quality) but for the service. I constantly am having to wait on service while the waitresses are dancing at the cash register (true story) and am always getting short poured on my beers. And it nevers fails when I go out with friends are constantly being forgotten about or orders messed up

When it comes to sports bars, Scotty's is the place to be. Excellent wings and even better bloody Mary's. A huge beer list and flavor food. I love wings but Scotty's makes a mean burger (try the one with peanut butter, trust me on this) and I use every opportunity to partake in cheat days here. Super so good!

4 star wings. First time here. On a business trip and ordered their hottest wings. Nice heat!! Having grown up outtside NOLA, I expect my lips to burn when eating hot food. So many places, especially in the Midwest, fall short of my expectations. Not this place, and not overly hot. Will be back tomorrow to try the burger.

  • Alex H.

I sat at the bar early evening during the week. The experience started off poor as I was sitting there for 5-10 minutes without the bartender acknowledging me. There were only 3 other people at the bar and he was on his phone at the bar top. Once I was served the food came quickly and was tasty. Great beer selection and good bar food

  • Jason C.

Food was average at best, server was below average. 4 for the food 0 for the server / bartender that gives a 2 average. Can't remember the bartender's name but it started with an S and she looked like a skanky version of the land o lakes butter Indian girl. This raven haired menstrual cramp on heels needs to go home and get on on welfare. I would rather pay her food stamps bill than have to put up with her attitude again. If i wanted to hear all the drama in her life i would have asked for that instead of the drink i waited almost 15 minutes to get. Which by the way was also wrong. If you must go to this place, Do not eat at the bar like I did. It is a mistake. Also note I only yelp for exceptionally great locations and exceptionally bad service. Average is average and doesn't need to be discussed.

  • Dave B.

This brew pub was out of sunking cream ale and Indiana porter.... We were really expecting much more from this place. Waited almost ten minutes for our drink order to be taken in the first place then to be out of two beers. The food was adequate

  • Travis V.

Overall it was an outstanding experience. I'm usually pretty picky and judgemental but couldn't find any flaws. Service was fast and great, food was outstanding with many different options to where you can customize your burger to the way you want it. My new favorite place in Fort Wayne to eat.

    (5)
  • Brad H.

Good environment and good menu. They have a little of everything. Good waffle fries and tots too. Drinks are over-priced. Service was ok-ish. They messed up two of our orders though. Server was responsive and friendly enough though. Nothing was mentioned about the one order (as it was a special request), but the other was brought to the server's attention and quickly taken care of.

This place is a bunch of expensive garbage. I been here about 5-6 times. Was good when they first opened. I downloaded the yelp app on my phone just to write this review

  • Dale B.

I never actually eaten here because it was a 1.5 hour wait for two people each of the two times I've tried to go here (both times around 8pm on a Saturday). And they don't take reservations. So...I given them a zero since they couldn't even accommodate two people with a reasonable wait!!!

    (1)
  • Jim B.

Giving a 1 star rating is generous. We had our whole bill compt'ed and wasn't even worth it. I wouldn't waste your time going here. Mediocre bar food and horrible service. Took over a half hour for an appetizer to come out. Brother's burger came out wrong and sent back and finally got his dinner 20 minutes later. (How do you screw up a basic cheeseburger?) They did. Won't be going back at all.

  • Ang S.

Good overall! I ordered a burger, sweet potato fries with a Margarita that was on special. The food was good and very filling. You must try the sweet potato fries with the caramel dippin sauce! So good it's almost like a dessert. I didn't really care for the drink I asked if it was fruity and was told it would be, but it was not. At least not to my liking. The waitress was helpful, but all of the choices seemed a bit overwhelming when she was explaining them all. I was seated in the middle, at a round booth where the TV's are. All of the TV's are kind of an ADD nightmare, but I enjoyed myself none the less.

Contrary to other people's experiences, we had excellent service. I had the spicy beef sandwich and a side of fries. Tender beef and spicy mayo/thousand island sauce was great. I also enjoyed their half chocolate chip half brownie dessert!

Went here for lunch today. There was a 10 minute wait - but the cool thing is that they text you when your table is available, so you don't have to worry you are out of range of the beeper-thingy. There are TVs at each table which is nice, but you can't change the channel yourself. There are so many things on the table to take up space - vase with flowers, the huge specials menu, drink menu, etc. We moved those to the side so we could share our appetizer. We got the choose 4: pretzel sticks, boneless wings, mini corn dogs and loaded waffle fries. All of it was wonderful. For our lunches, we had a stuffed Lucy burger (cheese stuffed inside the patty), and bbq bacon burger, and bacon-potato soup. The burgers were awesome and the sides even better. Macaroni and cheese and loaded waffle fries. I guess we like cheese :) I liked the soup, but my husband didn't care for it. It had a lot of rosemary in it and it did taste unique, but not bad by any means. They were super busy, and it was not a quick lunch by any means, but the service was awesome. Even though they were swamped our server was friendly, didn't get panicky and kept our drinks refilled. I can't wait to go back because they have a HUGE menu and there are plenty of things on my list to try.

Great atmosphere for a craft beer & sports fan. TV's everywhere you look. Wide age range dining from 21 to 80 anyone can find something on the menu to enjoy. N

It was altogether an OK experience. The food was good, but rather expensive. The beer, on the other hand, was very good, and well priced. It was fun, but I probably won't be going back there for food anytime soon.

I would give this place a four star review, until the manager came over and arbitrarily decided that my friends and I had imbibed in too many beers - without even asking how much we had to drink. Throughout the entire time at this somewhat decent establishment, our waitress Taylor was incredibly judicious in her service to us. However, after she completed her shift, the manager approached us and informed us that they would no longer serve us adult beverages. All the while, we were civil and cordial, without causing any problems. For this issue, I give this place one star for the simple fact that the manager assumed that we were some sort of danger to ourselves or the establishment. He did not know whether or not we were taking a cab home. In my humble opinion, this is horrible business practice, and I advise anyone looking to visit this place to partake in adult beverages to avoid Scotty's, for the simple fact that they will cut you off for no good reason. Their justification for cutting off our drinks was rather weak. Go somewhere else.

  • Beth C.

The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. It was not busy at all, very few people in the restaurant, and it took forever to get our food. We both ordered the crab cakes and they were barely warm, with very little crab. Won't EVER eat there again.

    (1)
  • Amanda D.

We've never had a bad meal here. We usually go on Sunday afternoon between meals to avoid a long meal. They offer free kids meals on Sunday's as well. Servers have always been kind and helpful. I would recommend Scottie's to anyone visiting Fort Wayne!

  • Lisa B.

I was very impressed with our overall experience. Our wait time was very minimal- about 5 minutes. Once we were seated, the waitress went over the menu, drink specials and their VIP club. We got the dill pickle chips appetizer. It comes with three different dipping sauces it does seem like a lot of sauce for the amount of dill chips it comes with. They were delicious! I got the chicken bacon ranch on a pretzel bun. My husband got the spicy steak sandwich. Both were quite filling and tasty. Looking at other reviews, it seems service is the biggest letdown. Not for us! We had rockstar service. Our waitress was very attentive. The food came out probably 10 minutes after we ordered it. We spent a total of one hour there from wait time to leaving the parking lot. I can't wait to go back to try different menu items! Give this place a shot!

I went to Ball State and loved going to the Scotty's there. I have since been to a Scotty's in Indianapolis and loved it. So I was super excited when Fort Wayne got one! Went when they first opened. Service was so terrible. Food was cold and undercooked. I completely cut them some slack since they had just opened. They will get it together right?? Unfortunately not. Our second trip there several months later was just as bad. Our server was very polite but the bar staff just could not get it together. Drinks were way under poured and bland. Ordered an appetizer and waited 25 minutes for it. All the while waiting for our server to come back to take our order. Food again was just ehh. NOTHING like the other Scotty's locations. Disappointing:( I hope they can get it together, I do not understand how a chain restaurant can be so incredibly different from the others.

Been to Scotty's 5-6 times now. No real complaints. Good beer specials every day of the week. The Three Wise Men beers are solid ,pretty decent guest taps. Above average food, Ample portions. Food is just a tad pricey, but it is quite good, particularly the burgers, and pork tacos. Plenty of tv's, one in every booth to boot. We sat at the bar rail all but one of our visits, service has been friendly and efficient. The place does get busy, but the servers have done a decent job every time. Best food, beer, and service of any sports bar in Ft Wayne IMO. Worth checking out.

    (4)
  • Benjamin B.

Let me start with this; Scotty's is a sports bar, an upscale sports bar, but a sports bar nonetheless. I don't know what people were expecting as far as food or atmosphere, but this place is great for what it is. The burgers are delicious, they have gluten free and vegetarian options, and they are family friendly. Everything I have tried so far has been great, probably the best bar food in Fort Wayne. The service, for a new restaurant has been above average so far. I have been happy the handful of times I have been here so far. Keep in mind there is an adjustment period on new restaurants to get their serving and bar tending staff on the same page. The fact that this place handles the volume it does, so well, so soon is actually quite impressive. I gave this place 5 stars because it fulfills its role perfectly. Great place to have a beer, watch a game, and have some good food.

I went to Scotty's for the first time last night. I'm in town visiting family for a few days and wanted to try it out and watch the Colts game. There was not one rude person attached to this place. The food was delicious. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very cool! I hope to go back again before leaving town. It's a sports bar so the tv's are naturally tuned in to sports..but you're welcome to request a network/channel change on "your" television.

Burgers

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
